Clean & dry your band

Remove your band from your wrist. Make sure the fabric surface is completely clean, dry, and free of sweat, lotion, or moisture. Any residue can prevent proper adhesion. A quick wipe with a dry cloth is enough.

Place on a hard flat surface

Lay your band flat on a hard, heat-resistant surface — an ironing board or a wooden table works well. Do not apply on your wrist or on a soft surface. The band must be completely flat and stable for even pressure.

Position the sticker

Place the DTF transfer film face-down on the band, centered between the two metal clasps. The printed side goes against the fabric — you will see the design in reverse through the clear carrier film. Take your time to position it exactly where you want it.

Add a protection layer

Place a sheet of baking paper (parchment paper) or a thin cotton cloth directly over the sticker. This protection layer is essential — it prevents the iron from directly touching the DTF film, which could burn or melt it. Never press the iron directly onto the transfer without this layer.

Set your iron

Set your iron to 150°C (300°F) — this is typically the "Cotton" or "Linen" setting on most household irons. Turn off the steam function completely. Steam can introduce moisture and prevent proper adhesion.

Press firmly for 10–15 seconds

Press the iron down firmly and evenly over the protection layer, directly on top of the sticker. Apply steady downward pressure — do not slide or move the iron. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds. The heat activates the adhesive and bonds the design to the fabric fibers.

Let cool, then peel slowly

Remove the iron and allow the sticker to cool for 15–20 seconds. Then slowly peel the clear carrier film back from one corner at a 45° angle. If any part of the design starts to lift with the film, lay it back down and press again for 5 more seconds.

Final press (optional but recommended)

For maximum durability, place the protection layer back over the applied sticker and press once more for 5 seconds. This final press seals the edges and significantly improves wash resistance. Your sticker is now permanently bonded to your band.
